* Manage day-to-day import and export operations and documentation.
* Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
* Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
* Arrange and monitor international shipments from origin to final destination.
* Coordinate with customs brokers to support smooth customs clearance.
* Ensure import and export documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
* Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers and internal teams.
* Monitor shipping schedules, delivery timelines, and transportation costs.
* Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics teams.
* Handle documentation related to bills of lading, certificates of origin, insurance, and other trade documents.
* Verify shipment details, quantities, product descriptions, and delivery requirements.
* Resolve shipment delays, documentation issues, and customs-related discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate records of import/export transactions and shipping documents.
* Monitor applicable customs procedures, trade regulations, and international shipping requirements.
* Support cost-control initiatives and identify opportunities to improve import/export processes.
* Prepare regular import and export reports for management.
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field .
* Diploma or equivalent qualification in Import & Export, Logistics, Shipping, or Supply Chain Management may also be considered.
* Additional certification in **International Trade, Customs Compliance, Logistics, or Import & Export Management** is an advantage.
